Dynamic Scheduling and Optimization of AGV in Factory Logistics Systems Based on Digital Twin

چکیده

At present, discrete workshops demand higher transportation efficiency, but the traditional scheduling strategy of logistics systems can no longer meet requirements. In a system with multiple automated guided vehicles (multi-AGVs), AGV path conflicts directly affect efficiency and coordination whole system. same time, uncertainty number speed AGVs will lead to excessive cost. To solve these problems, an Multi-Objective Dynamic Scheduling (AMODS) method is proposed which based on digital twin workshop. The workshop built in virtual space, two-way exchange real-time control framework dynamic data established. adopted real create updated task list, determine under different working conditions, effectively improve Compared strategy, this paper practical significance for production utilization rate resources, response capability.
